Alhamdulillah 😀 , I'm very excited to announce that I have completed my first case study 📑 as an UX researcher, working alongside with an amazing team. This experience has been invaluable, and I have learned a lot throughout the process.
In my recent project as a UX researcher, I had the opportunity to work on the Bangladesh Digital Prepaid Meter case study. During this project, I utilized a variety of research methods to gain valuable insights into the user experience. 💡 Here are some of the key processes I used during the case study:
1.Conducted user interviews to understand the needs and preferences of the users.
2.Analyzed the user journey to identify pain points and Sorting out the areas of improvement and universal solution for all digital prepaid meter user.
3.Created user personas to better understand the different types of users.
4. Also learned how to overcome challenges and obstacles while doing any case study by collaborating with team members that will help me to improve in future projects.
